Cancellation Policy

To ensure availability for all clients, Studio Recove maintains the following cancellation policy: Cancel 24+ hours before your appointment: You may cancel or reschedule on your own up to 24 hours prior to your appointment without any fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled time will incur a 25% fee of the total service cost. Cancellations within 1 hour of your appointment: Cancellations made within 1 hour of your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% fee of the total service cost. No-Shows: Failure to arrive for your appointment without notice will be treated as a late cancellation and subject to applicable fees. Fees will be charged to the card on file.
